Personal Training. One-on-one & Buddy

Effective and fun fitness sessions specific to your goals and needs with ongoing support. Sessions are delivered in studio or Online from the comfort of your own home.

Group Fitness

Join a supportive and motivating community for high energy sessions including Boxing for Fitness and Fitness Games Classes. Classes are delivered in studio or Online from the comfort of your own home.

Boxing for Fitness

Every Saturday at 8:30am. In studio or Via Zoom.

A mixture of pad work, shadow boxing, Cardio and body weight exercise.

Fitness Games

Special event classes. Like and Follow our social media feeds for updates.

Hotspot Fitness brings family games nights into the fitness realm. Fitness Tower, Deck of Cardio, Battle Dips and many more.

Health Assessments and Nutritional Advice.

Health Assessment sessions are run regularly to review current fitness levels, set goals and create healthy living strategies.

Assesments

Weigh in & Measurements, Fitness Testing, Goal Setting, Nutritional Advice, Healthy living strategy setting, Photos (Optional)

15-30 minutes.
